Ohio Route 83 : Saturday August 28th 2010, I decided to drive Route 83 from North Ridgeville to wherever! I had no idea where I would end up - I drove thru Lagrange, Lodi, bypassed Mansfield, went thru a lot of tiny towns and ended in Millersburg. Wherever I could pull over I took pics of rural America. Tuesday return to the Lorain Marina : A very nice sunny day today, 3/30/10. The day was going as planned. At 5pm I got my gear together and headed to the Lorain Marina. SHOCK-one block from the marina, I encountered FOG!!! I proceeded anyway and decided to practice shooting in fog (may come in handy in Seattle). Here are the results!

Lorain Marina : March 29th,2010 A rainy Sunday. The rain let up about 4pm so I grabbed my camera and headed towards the brightest part of the sky! That led me to the Lorain Lighthouse area. Spitzer Marina was empty except for one other car with a couple of unsavory looking guys, so I left my gear and tripod in the car and freehanded. Later a dad and little boy showed up for a walk and I felt a little more secure! I sure miss my daughter and shooting partner on days like this!!!

A Sunday Drive : Sunday November 8th 2009- My sister and I set out to pick up some pics at the North Chagrin Metropark of Cleveland (my daughter's from a photography show), from there we went exploring! We drove around Kirtland, Waite Hills, and Chardon taking pics along the way. We did hike a short trail at a Lake County Metropark. The temps were in the upper 60s and the skies were all blue!! I hope you enjoy these pics as much as we enjoyed the day!
